Balance before work

These classes are dedicated to calming your mind and heart for the day ahead. Regardless of whether you face everyday duties or challenges at work. Additionally, they ensure a morning “start-up” of the body and stretching, which is essential for the proper functioning of the body. They always contain elements of meditation and visualization that will help you get into your day. Morning stretching should be done every day – during classes I will teach you how to do it yourself in 20 minutes.

Energy and balance

Yoga classes focused on energy and balance are an experience that integrates physical, breathing and meditation practices.
We start with a moment of focus to get you in the right mood. This is also the time to define your intentions for a given session.

The practice of asana (body postures) focuses on a sequence that supports increased energy and balance.
Special attention is paid to breathing techniques (Pranayama), which help increase awareness of breathing and regulate the flow of energy in the body.
The session ends with meditation, which allows you to immerse yourself in a state of peace and inner balance.

Classes improve flexibility, strength and balance. In addition, they help reduce stress, increase body awareness and strengthen the ability to concentrate and relax.

Classes are tailored to different skill levels, allowing you to find the right challenge.

Space within you

It is an experience that combines elements of yoga, meditation and body awareness work.
During the session, yoga positions are performed, focused on stretching, strengthening muscles, and increasing flexibility.
Elements of meditation and concentration on breathing are woven into the practice of yoga.
The session also includes meditation, which may focus on observing thoughts, feelings or inner peace.
The classes end with deep relaxation and Savasana (relaxation position). This is the time to completely relax your body and mind after intense practice.
The asanas are adapted to the level of advancement of the participants.

Yogalates

Yogalates classes combine strengthening elements focused on the core of the body (pilates) with stretching, breathing and relaxation techniques known from yoga.

During classes, various traditional yoga asanas are performed, which support balance, flexibility and strength. At the same time, we introduce elements of Pilates, especially those focused on the core of the body, to strengthen the deep muscles.

Sound healing

Sound healing is a practice that uses sounds to induce a state of relaxation and energy balance. The classes begin with a short meditation that helps participants relax and focus on the present moment.

Sound Bath: The main part of the classes is the so-called “sound bath”. On a specially prepared place, participants lie or sit, immersed in the sounds generated by various instruments. The intensity of the sounds gradually increases and decreases, creating a wave of relaxation.

Sound healing brings many benefits such as stress reduction, improved sleep, increased concentration, energy balance and overall improvement in physical and emotional well-being.
